(A Benediction in summers)
Benefits: This simple therapy is the most beneficial one in safeguarding health during summer season. This is the best rasayana to blot out the disorders of all the three humours & also purifies the body of its impurities. Its use relieves several stomach related ailments viz indigestion, chronic diarrhea, acidity, swelling of belly, stomach ache, constipation etc. Cough accumulated in chest & stomach also rinse out which in turn provides relief in various throat, cough & bronchial disorders regular use is also beneficial in piles, rheumatism, Gout, backache, chronic fever, kidney problems, liver disorders like jaundice, anemia etc. It provides strength to heart & reduces exhaustion.
Method to Prepare: Prepare thick syrup of 100 gms gur (raw sugar) by adding a little water & boiling it. Add 100 gms big Hard (Myrobalan) powder to the syrup and mix it thoroughly. Prepare small tablet like balls of 1 gm back. Everyday take one tablet. You may wither suck it or intake it with water. In case of obesity, the dosage can be increased to four tablets a day.
