1.Eat Chywanprash after breakfast on alternative days till Holi. After Holi, you will have to eat Kheera / Water Melon / Coconut Water that too on alternative days. Then during Rainy Season, try to eat little breakfast and little dinner.
Your body has adjusted to all sorts of foods I believe. Now you need to change your food a little bit and keep changing to reduce the average temperature during sleep. Thats why I suggest to take my suggested diets on alternative days only. This will surely work.
2. At night eat very little food, and make sure you go to bed after reading books. Just before going to bed, wash your hands and face thoroughly, but not your feat.
3. Reduce the sleep timing during night. Try to sleep continuous for not more than 4 hrs. You will see that this has worked. Rest amount of sleep has to be risked during the day, but remember that should be taken in small intervals only.
Your problem is a very minor one. No need to worry. Its good that you have got the courage to discuss it. Now you will surely be fine. Your diet and body temperature needs to be taken care of so that this event does not occur for at least a week. Then it will be cured for sure with time.
