hari om...jai mere pyare bapuji ki ....mere pas kabhi kabhi kuch problms aa jati hai us time i cant understand what shud i do...mai confuse ho jata hun....plse tell me mai kaise decosion lun us time...

As Bapu ji says at night before going to sleep ; concentrate in your throat chakra and mediate on Pujya shri for 10 mins. This will help to get in contact with bapuji ; and bapuji will indicate how to solve the problems you face
