I 36 years old. From last 5 month I am facing joint knee pain (Right side).

While searching I come across below solution for such pain -

"जोड़े के दर्द में ( सभी प्रकार के दर्द में )

अगर जोड़ो का दर्द है... मेथी दाना पीस के रख दिया ... १ चम्मच मेथी दाना, १/२ चम्मच हल्दी और १/२ चमच गंथोदा (जिसे पीपरामूल चूर्ण भी कहते हैं ...पंसारी के यहाँ मिलते है ) कुल मिला के २ चम्मच हो गए | रात को एक गिलास पानी में भिगा दो | सुबह उबाल के उसका आधा गिलास कर दो .... छान के पी लो | २०-२५ दिन में घुटनों का कैसा भी तकलीफ़ होगा भाग जायेगा ... नहीं भागता तो ३० दिन करो | ये केवल जोड़ो के दर्द ही नहीं सभी दर्द में आराम देता है । आश्रम में इस के packet भी मिलते है । जिसे शूल नाशक बुट्टी कहते है |

For pain in the joints/ For relief in all pain

If there is pain in the joint ….keep powder of fenugreek ….one spoon powder of fenugreek, half spoon turmeric powder and half spoon of gathonda (Also, known as Piparamool powder…..available at local grocer) total of 2 spoon, should be soaked in a glass of water. The mixture should be boiled to half size in the morning and should be consumed after filtering it. Within period of 20 to 25 days any type of knee joint pain will be cured … if problem persists, then the above mentioned mixture should be consumed for 30 days."
