hari om!!

m new here.

I work in a call center so coz of rotational shifts have irregular eating habits.
Also m working for 5 years so have put on weight.
Jo pet hai woh aage ko aagya hai and I want to lose it really bad. We speak a lot so as soon as i reach home I eat and sleep which i know isn't good for health.

Kindly help!!!!

Hari Om,

Aap ashram ki kuch medicines such as Harde, Santakripa Churna, Avala Churna use kar sakte hain. Isse aapko pachan sudharne me madad hogi.
Ek glass gungune pani me ek nimbu nichod ke usme 1-2gm shahad(honey) aur 20-30 tulsi ke patton ka run milake pio. Ye prayog hafte me 2-3 baar kar sakte ho. U should do it in d early morning. Don eat for atleast 2 hrs after taking this syrup.

hari om. u know wat..its long time that i have got up early in the morning my morning starts from 9:3am i know that its daanav wala behavious but can't help it. i am an owl or noctunal animal.

Its Ok if u drink it as soon as u finish wid ur Sadhana in d Morning. But don eat anythin 4 atleast 2 hr after u drink.

oam savi behen,
i am a s/w engg, some times my timings are even more worst. get to wake up at 2 pm. and go to bed by 8 am. i try to do niyam and rest of things before going to bed. But, it happens once or twice a month/week.

you raised a nice question.

if possible avoid tea and coffee, have ashram wala tea.
include more fruit ad millk in your diet. less solid diet.
have more salad like cucumber, etc in your diet. less roties.

invastigate, what meals suit to you and what not. and accordingly make a diet chart. the idea is not to go for dieting. rather have a balanced and regular diet. avoid junk, too much fasting, and street food if you can.
