Always consume healthy and easily digestible foods. People consume fried balls made of Urad... they are easily available at stalls across road crossings. .. For people aged above fourty years, serving urad to them is worse than displaying enmity to them. Urad is anyways considered heavy, above it.. it is fried and then processed further... which almost makes it indigestible.. This can cause great harm to aged people. So, abstain from such indigestible foods.
