Do not sleep at these time: People waking up 1.30 hrs before sunrise are benefited with strength, intelligence, glow, health, wealth and fortune. But those who are sleeping during sunrise lose all of the above. Do not sleep even by mistake when the sun rise or set. Health and intelligence gets badly damaged if one sleeps during this duration.
