All is dream
When you have dreams in sleep... after getting up in the morning remind yourself of the falsehood of those dreams. Just as the dreams in your sleep are false ...so is this world. Start this practice from today. Say to yourself that what I am saying, is indeed a dream... what I am eating, is indeed a dream... while sitting, sleeping... all is in a dream. Consider them all as a dream while concentrating in your throat region. If you rigorously continue this practice for 2-3 months, you will soon get to realise within dreams too that they are false dreams. When you observe dreams as false, then gradually considering the world as a dream state will easily become more profound.
